In the Same Breath: A Morning of Connection for Couples
Sat 16th May 2026 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
You’re warmly invited to a relaxed, nourishing morning of therapeutic breathwork for couples.
This session is about slowing down together and reconnecting - with yourself, with each other, and with the shared space between you.
We’ll begin with some gentle couple-based breathing and simple movement practices, designed to help you arrive, soften, and feel more attuned and connected. Nothing performative or forced, just an opportunity to be alongside one another in a more embodied way.
From there, we’ll move into a group conscious connected breathwork journey. This will be carefully guided and held, supported by a specially curated music playlist that allows the breath to deepen, emotions to move, and insight to arise naturally. We will end with some integration time - creative expression, sitting in stillness and tea and snacks.
The space will be calm, respectful, and lovingly held, where you can let go, be met, and breathe exactly as you are.
No prior breathwork experience is needed. You’re welcome whether things feel easy between you right now, a bit tender, or somewhere in between. And any couples welcome, could be romantic, friends, or family members.
About the facilitator
The session is facilitated by Aaron Sefi, a breathworker, psychotherapist, and couples therapist. His work weaves together therapeutic breathwork with a deep understanding of attachment, emotion, and relational dynamics.
He brings a grounded, gentle presence to groups, creating spaces that feel safe, careful, and human — where people can explore their inner world without pressure or expectation.

Collective attunemnt: The body as an instrument
TBC
Held by Alexi Mitsiou, an experienced facilitator, this 4 hour exploratory workshop for artists, therapists, and curious humans.
This is an invitation to experience the body not as something to perform, but as something to listen to.
Through guided practices of listening, sensing, sounding, and shared presence, we’ll explore:
– the body as a resonant instrument
– affect as sound, vibration, and texture
– what becomes possible when we attune to ourselves and to one another
This is not a music workshop in the conventional sense.
No musical training is needed.
There is no expectation to “sound good” or do anything right.
We’ll work with breath, voice, noise, silence, movement, and stillness — allowing individual expression to arise within a collective field.
The emphasis is on feeling, listening, and attunement rather than outcome.
Open to artists, therapists, facilitators, and anyone curious about embodied listening and collective resonance.

Limited to 10 spaces
You’re welcome to come exactly as you are
